At DigiFest 2026, Senthil Kumar Hariram, Founder and Managing Director, FTA Global, delivered a keynote session on “Marketing in 2030: What Will Define the Next Decade?”, exploring the forces that will reshape the marketing landscape over the coming years.
During the session, he highlighted how AI-first marketing ecosystems will become the foundation of modern brand strategies, enabling businesses to deliver more personalised, predictive, and efficient customer experiences. He also discussed the growing influence of immersive technologies such as augmented reality, virtual reality, and spatial commerce, which are expected to transform how consumers interact with brands.
Senthil emphasised that the future of marketing will be driven by trust as much as technology. As privacy concerns continue to evolve, organisations will need to move beyond data ownership and build trust-based ecosystems where transparency and consumer consent play a central role.
He further noted that consumer expectations are changing rapidly, with increasing demand for speed, personalisation, authenticity, and ethical business practices. Brands that fail to adapt to these expectations risk losing relevance in an increasingly competitive market.
The keynote also explored the evolving relationship between agencies and in-house teams, highlighting the need for more collaborative, integrated, and outcome-focused operating models in the years ahead.
