FTA Global respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices you have. It aligns with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP), the IT Act, and SPDI Rules, and relevant global standards for cross-border users.

What we collect
- Business contact data: name, work email, phone, company, role, and preferences.
- Transaction data: proposals, SOWs, invoices, payments.
- Usage data: pages viewed, device info, referral sources, session IDs, approximate location by IP.
- Marketing and communications: form submissions, event registrations, newsletter choices, campaign interactions.
- Recruitment data: CV, portfolio, and professional history when you apply.
We do not intentionally collect children’s data.
Sources
- You provide it via forms, downloads, chat, or events.
- We generate it from our services and analytics.
- We may receive it from partners, B2B data providers, or public sources where lawful.
How we use data
- To respond to inquiries and provide proposals or services.
- To plan, execute, and measure marketing campaigns.
- To improve site performance, security, and user experience.
- To comply with the law, enforce terms, and prevent fraud.
- With your consent, we will send newsletters, insights, and invites.
Processing is based on your consent, performance of a contract, or legitimate business interests that do not override your rights. Where required, we rely on consent that is free, specific, informed, and unambiguous. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Cookies and similar tech
We use essential cookies for site function, analytics cookies to understand usage, and marketing cookies for B2B remarketing. Non-essential cookies run only after your consent. You can manage preferences in our cookie banner and your browser settings. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
Disclosures and processors
We share data with vetted processors under written contracts for:
- Hosting, cloud, analytics, security
- CRM and marketing automation
- Payment processing and invoicing
- Event and webinar platforms
Processors act on our instructions, follow security standards such as ISO 27001 or equivalent, and are subject to confidentiality and audit rights.
International transfers
If data is transferred outside India, we use contractual safeguards and require adequate protections consistent with DPDP and applicable law.
Security
We apply administrative, technical, and physical controls. These include role-based access, encryption in transit and at rest where applicable, secure development practices, regular backups, vendor due diligence, and incident response. We align with “reasonable security practices” under the IT Act and SPDI Rules.
Retention
We keep personal data for as long as needed for the purpose collected, to meet legal or accounting requirements, or until you withdraw consent, where applicable. We review retention periodically and apply deletion or anonymization. Draft DPDP Rules propose purpose-linked timelines, which we will follow once finalized.
Your rights
Subject to law, you can:
- Access your personal data
- Request correction or deletion
- Withdraw consent
- Opt out of marketing
- Nominate a person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity, where provided by law

Breach notification
If a personal data breach risks harm, we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and affected individuals as required.
Grievances

Changes
We will update this policy for legal or operational reasons and post the new effective date.
