From plateaued performance to ₹14.40L in monthly revenue

₹11.27L to ₹14.40L monthly revenue

Mezame added more than ₹3.13L in monthly revenue within one month of restructuring its paid media accounts.

28% revenue growth

The new campaign structure improved customer acquisition and campaign efficiency across Meta and Google Ads.
Reduced audience repetition and clearer funnel roles helped the brand reach new customers without losing control of performance.

Background

Mezame is a premium wellness beverage brand offering high-quality Japanese matcha products to health-conscious consumers across India.

The brand had established product demand and was generating online sales through paid advertising. Revenue growth, however, had started to plateau despite continued investment across Meta and Google Ads.

The Challenge

Mezame’s campaigns were repeatedly reaching the same users.

High audience frequency created creative fatigue, while overlapping campaigns limited Meta’s ability to identify and acquire new customers efficiently.

Google Ads also lacked a clear structure across Search, Performance Max, and Brand campaigns. Budgets were being distributed without enough clarity around campaign intent or revenue contribution.

The brand wanted to increase monthly revenue, improve ROAS, reduce audience fatigue, and build a paid media structure that could support long term growth.

The problem was not a lack of demand.

The same audience was being asked to respond too often.

The Strategy

This is how FTA Global rebuilt the paid media programme around a clear full-funnel structure:

  1. On Meta, Top of Funnel campaigns focused on reaching new audiences and building customer acquisition.
  2. Bottom-of-funnel campaigns were reserved for remarketing and conversion-focused activity.
  3. On Google Ads, Search, Performance Max, and Brand campaigns were reorganised to capture different levels of purchase intent.
  4. Budgets were then allocated according to campaign purpose, efficiency, and revenue contribution.

The Execution

Implementation began with a complete audit of both advertising accounts.

Campaign overlap was identified and reduced. Audience segments were separated to prevent repeated targeting of the same users.

Meta campaigns were rebuilt around acquisition and remarketing objectives, with frequency monitored closely to control fatigue.

Google campaigns were reorganized across Search, Performance Max, and Brand activity. Budget distribution was reviewed continuously using performance and revenue data.

Creative response, audience reach, conversion behaviour, and campaign stability were tracked throughout the month to support faster optimization decisions.

The Outcome

Within one month, Mezame increased monthly revenue from ₹11.27L to ₹14.40L.

The new structure also delivered:

• Better reach among new customers
• Lower audience repetition
• Clearer campaign roles across Meta and Google
• More efficient budget allocation
• Stronger campaign stability
• A scalable foundation for future growth

The paid media account moved from repeated exposure and inconsistent performance to a cleaner system built around acquisition, conversion, and measurable revenue contribution.

What do we learn?

Revenue can plateau even when advertising spend continues.

Repeatedly targeting the same audience reduces creative response and limits customer acquisition. Adding more budget to that structure only increases inefficiency.

Mezame restored growth by separating acquisition from remarketing, giving every campaign a clear role, and directing budget toward the audiences and channels showing real intent.
