From ₹30L to ₹36L Monthly Spend With ROAS Above 2.0

₹1.2L daily ad spend

AstroGuru scaled its Meta investment through category-led campaign structures and stronger audience separation.

2.0+ ROAS maintained

The account sustained profitable returns while increasing daily advertising spend.
A structured creative and campaign system replaced fragmented targeting with clearer paths to purchase.

Background

AstroGuru is an astrology and numerology brand offering personalized services across Name Correction, Career, Finance, Relationships, Numerology Reports, and Kundli consultations.

The brand serves customers across India through online consultations and digital reports, using personalized guidance and practitioner credibility to support acquisition and retention.

The Challenge

AstroGuru wanted to scale digital sales without sacrificing profitability.

Existing Meta campaigns attracted mixed-quality traffic and lacked a clear structure across different report categories. Name Correction, Career, Finance, and Kundli products were often promoted without distinct acquisition journeys.

Audience overlap limited campaign learning. Creative fatigue reduced response over time. Limited testing made it difficult to identify which messages could support higher spend.

The business had clear commercial targets:

• Scale daily spend beyond ₹1 lakh
• Maintain ROAS above 2.0
• Increase report purchases
• Improve conversion efficiency
• Build separate acquisition systems for each category

The constraint was not product demand. The account lacked the structure and creative depth required to scale it.

The Strategy

FTA Global rebuilt their Meta Ads programme around individual product categories.

Each report type received its own acquisition logic, audience approach, and creative messaging. This allowed campaign performance to be evaluated by category rather than through blended account-level results.

The strategy focused on three key areas:

Category-led campaign structure
Separate funnels for Name Correction, Career, Finance, Kundli, and other report products.

High-volume creative testing
Multiple hooks and formats tested continuously to prevent fatigue and identify scalable messages.

Profitability-led scaling
Budgets increased only when category performance and ROAS supported further investment.

The Execution

The Meta account was reorganized by product category, giving every campaign a clear commercial role.

Creative production expanded across multiple angles, including founder-led reels, celebrity references, career concerns, financial decisions, and other life stage triggers.

Each concept was tested using different hooks and audience signals to understand what encouraged users to explore and purchase a report.

Campaign performance was monitored by category, creative angle, spend, purchase volume, and ROAS. Stronger combinations received additional budget while weaker creatives were replaced before fatigue affected the wider account.

The result was a campaign system built for continuous testing rather than occasional creative refreshes.

The Outcome

AstroGuru scaled daily Meta spend to ₹1.2 lakh while maintaining ROAS above 2.0.

The account gained:

• Clearer product-level performance visibility
• Better audience separation across report categories
• A stronger and more consistent creative pipeline
• Greater confidence in increasing advertising investment
• A scalable acquisition framework for future growth
• Improved tracking for long-term campaign decisions

The engagement moved AstroGuru away from blended campaigns and toward a structured system where each category could be tested, optimized, and scaled independently.

What do we learn?

Scaling Meta Ads requires more than increasing budgets.

Different products attract different needs, concerns, and buyer motivations. Combining them under one campaign structure weakens creative relevance and makes performance harder to diagnose.

AstroGuru created room for profitable growth by separating categories, testing more creative angles, and scaling only where the numbers supported it.

The next phase is designed to expand monthly ad investment toward ₹50 lakh through category-led campaigns, influencer collaborations, dynamic creative optimization, and LTV focused remarketing.
