Eicher Tractors × FTA Global

Organic Discovery Growth
261
3,045 website leads
Background
Eicher Tractors is one of India’s established tractor brands, serving farmers across diverse crops, regions, and horsepower requirements.
Despite strong brand recognition, its organic visibility depended heavily on branded searches. When FTA Global took over in August 2025, the website had no blog section, limited non-branded discovery, and no meaningful presence across AI Overviews or regional language searches.
Competitors such as Mahindra, John Deere, Sonalika, and Massey had already built deeper content libraries around tractor buying, subsidies, and farmer education.
The Challenge
Their website was not appearing when farmers researched before purchase.
Important searches around tractor subsidies, government schemes, horsepower, models, implements, and maintenance were being captured by competitors.
Regional audiences were also underserved. There was no structured content across Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi, or Punjabi, despite strong demand from Tier 2, Tier 3, and Tier 4 markets.
The task was not to improve an existing blog programme. It was to build the entire organic content engine from the ground up.
The Strategy
FTA Global created three connected content tracks:
- Subsidies and government schemes: State-specific tractor subsidies, SMAM explainers, farmer eligibility guides, and government support programmes.
- Buying guides and product education: Content around tractor horsepower, model selection, implements, parts, PTO, specifications, and purchase decisions.
- Multilingual discovery: Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi, and Punjabi content designed around regional search behaviour and farmer questions.
Topic selection was driven by search trends, competitor gaps, subsidy calendars, and vernacular demand signals.
The Execution
FTA Global established a monthly publishing system covering research, briefs, multilingual writing, editing, schema, internal linking, and publishing.
Over nine months, the team published 54 blogs across four regional languages while continuing technical SEO work.
The content was built to perform across traditional search and newer discovery surfaces such as AI Overviews and People Also Ask.
Key themes included tractor subsidies, government schemes, buyer guides, horsepower-based models, implements, maintenance, and specifications.
The Outcome
Eicher Tractors moved from limited non-branded visibility to ranking across high-intent farmer searches.
- Top 3 keywords increased from 171 to 261
- 3,045 website leads were generated
- 54 new blogs were published
- Four regional languages went live
- Best Tractors in India grew from 11 to 245 clicks
- State-wise Tractor Subsidies grew from 94 to 788 clicks
- SMAM Tractor Subsidy 2026 grew from 24 to 295 clicks
- AI Overview and People Also Ask visibility was built from zero
The programme created a repeatable organic acquisition model across search, AI discovery, and regional markets.
What do we learn?
Organic growth improves when content reflects how buyers actually research.
Farmers do not begin with a brand name. They begin with a subsidy question, a horsepower requirement, a government scheme, or a model comparison.
Eicher Tractors became visible earlier in that journey by answering those questions clearly, in the right languages and on the right discovery platforms.
The result was not simply more blog traffic.
It was a stronger route from farmer research to product consideration.
