“Privacy-First Marketing Will Be Built on Trust, Not Just Compliance,” said Senthil Kumar Hariram

As data privacy regulations continue to evolve, brands are being pushed to rethink how they approach marketing in a privacy-first world. In an industry feature, Senthil Kumar Hariram, Founder and Managing Director, FTA Global, shared his perspective on the implications of DPDP Rules 2025.

According to him, the future lies in balancing data responsibility with effective engagement. Marketers must design systems that are both privacy-compliant and outcome-driven.
