He pointed out that in an AI-influenced ecosystem, engagement signals such as authenticity and consistency will be critical in determining which brands will be shown to consumers and remain relevant because communities will strengthen those engagement signals.

According to him, the new focus should shift from marketing in a transactional manner to building lasting relationships through community, which will ultimately lead to sustainable growth.
