Senthil Kumar Hariram, Founder and Managing Director of FTA Global, discussed his views on the importance of developing outcome-based marketing systems as opposed to traditional service-based models in an exclusive interview with AdTech Today.
He believes that traditional agency models are five years behind the curve because they use fragmented teams that rely on vanity metrics and an inflexible scope of work, which measures activity instead of measuring the impact on the client's business.
