Zoomcar, India’s largest self-drive car rental brand, faced declining organic visibility across major cities. With over 400K non-branded clicks and a 67% drop in top rankings, search discoverability had become fragmented. Technical issues, content decay, and a shift to a marketplace model had further limited traction.
The goal was clearly to rebuild organic relevance and make Zoomcar visible where user intent was highest.

Outcome
Within one quarter, Zoomcar achieved 1.18M organic clicks, up from 1M in the previous quarter, marking an 18% QoQ growth and hitting the projected target range. Despite seasonal dips, visibility remained consistent across 20+ cities, and non-branded traffic grew by over 22%.
SEO evolved from a support channel to a key growth driver. Today, Zoomcar ranks among the top results for self-drive car rentals across India.
